What to buy for a diet:

  • Vegetables, in principle, any other than potatoes (due to starch in the composition, you will need to reject 11 days);
  • Green (that more, better);
  • Kefir (normal freshness, no sense in poor-fat milk products, they are scattered only appetite) - 500 ml per day;
  • Mineral water (may be without gas), excellent to avoid imprisonment and swelling problems;
  • Buckwheat and barley (by packing);
  • Cheese (optional, can be replaced by a cottage).
Loss diet

Menu 11 days:

Wake up:Glass of water and slice of lemon (warm look);

Breakfast:Egg and buckwheat cooked in water bath in the evening, tea / coffee;

Lunch, after 1.5-2 hours: apple and mineral water;
